Staff know nothing I asked if they had Cherry trees and the staff asked me do they have green leaves?? Everything has taken a huge price jump since Bluegrass took over.

This place is amazing the staff all know what there talking about and if they don’t they won’t lie and say they do they will get you to someone that does. And there prices are very reasonable

Great selection. Mercenary business tactics. For example, a yearly membership is advertised at the check-out line but must be purchased 48 hours in advance of any purchase and customer service is not allowed to credit you back the discount for same day purchases or even if you contact them back later.With premium prices at retail you might want to try another place first. Otherwise looks like you'll be happy with the product.

Overall not impressed. They take forever to email you back and don’t give you a lot of information on what you need to make a decision. Also they went from 450 for an 8 foot tree to 750 for the delivery this is 93 dollars a foot. Just wild that they can get away with this when other tree farms are 30 a foot. Very bad customer service. Also they are charging 80 bucks for a sprinkler when you can get the same one at Canadian tire for 40 bucks. Wouldn’t recommend buying any trees from blue grass and do your research there are lots of cheaper trees that are the same trees at other tree farms.
