It’s friendly service. Expensive. But I sent my Canada goose for drying cleaning. So I wish they could do a good job. It’s nicely done when I picked it up. Few days later when I put on the jacket, I noticed the shoulder parts are thin. I didn’t pay much attention, left for more days and hoped it would be puffy again. However today I wore again, I don’t know how it’s happened but obviously they are not puffed anymore. Very disappointing

This is the best place! Mandeep is absolutely fabulous. She's done all my alternations, and I have never been disappointed. Mandeep is very friendly, efficient and attentive to details. Last time I was there, I had to drop off my jacket for repair - I asked to have it rushed as it was my only winter jacket. It was no problem for her. I literally had my jacket repaired faster than getting my coffee at the local coffee shop. Mandeep is the only person I will trust with my clothing. I highly recommend this place, and will always be a loyal customer here!

Pardeep is amazing. I gave her a skirt and top combination made completely out of tulle and feathers and she added a lining and hemmed it all for me in 3 months. I love North York Premium Dry Cleaner for their amazing customer service. Pardeep is so friendly and attentive and she executes all of the garment pieces perfectly. Very very thankful for her.

I highly recommend North York Premium Dry cleaning. I’ve used them to do same-day cleaning service before and today I used them for same day alterations & I am extremely pleased. I dropped off my item a little after 9am and by 10am it was ready. Who doesn't love fast and efficient service & great prices!! Thank you

This is a shop I visit often. They're friendly and keep their appointments. I often take my laundry to them, but they are especially good at mending clothes. I recently took a new jacket to them to have the cuffs shortened, and they did a great job of smoothing out the cuff width and buttoned hem to match the size. I highly recommend them.

I have been using their services for the last two years, and they are, by far, the best dry cleaning services I have tried. They are very professional and took care of every detail of alteration, cleanings of leather/fabric mix, suites, shirts, dresses and winter jackets. Alteration are so well done that you cannot even tell any change in the overall look of the clothing. I has silk blouses and white cotton to clean, and stains removed, it was impressive how impeccable the final product looked like. Highly recommended!

I left my creamish white wrap Club Monaco coat with them and I got my coat back in dusty light grey!!!! Yes, the colour was completely changed and the lady keeps saying how this can happen? I showed her my pictures and she just said she can talk to her boss..This is not right, they totally lost my trust in their service and I will never go back there anymore.
