If you have some mental or physical health concerns that you feel your doctor is brushing off, or isn't addressing properly then Naturopathy is definitely something you should try.Naturopathic treatments are all natural, and address your body as a whole, and involves advice on what to eat, which in 2019 we are learning is one of the most impactful changes we can make in our lives.Been seeing Helen monthly for almost 2 years now, she's incredible. Helen cares about her patients, is never late for or misses an appointment, and creates a relaxed, inviting, and fun atmosphere!
