This is a beautiful old building in downtown vancouver that usually has a neat art exhibit on the wall. That said, it seems clear that despite all of its potential, the building has not been taken care of. I wish someone would buy this place and turn it into a near boutique hotel or historic building!

The Landlord inherited the place from his parents, so it's little kingdom,and he makes sure you know it. I was in the hospital for a few days and my place was turned upside down Every drawer was dumped and my rare coins went missing. I don't think he's done a lock of work his whole life! He'll unlock your door and come in when he please's I have cancer and can barely make it to the bathroom and back. His response is the that's not his problem, but mine. He is right, but he has to screen it like a spoiled child so everyone can hear him.
