I just received my first order of ribbons for a fun horseshow at our barn. The service from Garth and his team was second to none. The ribbons are perfect and they arrived a day early. Will be ordering more for our two shows in 2022 and custom ribbons for our Pony Stars program. Highly recommend Awards Canada.

I will never shop at this place again they do a poor job plus they charge 4 times more.I found a different place that charge me 4 times less and did a fantastic job.Buyers beware.

Making and ordering a soft enamel lapel pin was new territory for me, and the people at Awards Canada were helpful and clear throughout. I received my pins a day ahead of schedule, and they were perfect, and looking just how I imagined them to look.Would definitely work with them again.

Awards Canada has great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that the recipients of our awards had a beautiful experience. All of the members of their staff were a pleasure to work and communicate with. They were incredibly patient and helpful. The final product looks great and came in absolutely stunning packaging that surprised and delighted our awards winners. I definitely recommend this company for any organization looking for glass awards.

Not open at all to look in person at selection - online not the same or talking on phone.Poor way to do business, not proper or complete customer service.If shopping online only, then one compares with other companies also online and ends up shopping elsewhere. ⭐️/5

It was a great experience working with Garth at Awards Canada. He went out of his way to ensure we received a great product. We were looking for magnetic buttons with staff faces on them. I didn't see them offered on the website so I emailed directly. I received a prompt response. Whether or not it's a regular product, they custom made them for us. They did an even better job than we expected. I would highly recommend them!

After doing a lot of research regarding enamel pin making, it was important to me to support a manufacturer that was based in North America. Enter Awards Canada! I felt taken care of from the moment I landed on their website, but I knew I was in good hands when I spoke with Garth about my project and the expectations for enamel pin creation. Each step of the process was clear and the delivery date was spot on with what they projected for me, which is always a great thing! Because of my experience, I have several new pin designs in the works and I'm looking forward to working with Awards Canada for all of my future pin orders! Highly recommended!

**Updated**I had initially had some issues with the trophy I had received, however after speaking with the owner it had seemed to be an issue of miscommunication as we were working with a third party and Awards Canada being the supplier. After speaking with the owner, he was understanding and was able to provide perspective. As per his comment below, he did reach out and went above and beyond in order to make things right. I do appreciate the honest discussion, follow-up and support. We do recommend as after we were both able to better understand the situation, a solution was provided that went above and beyond.
