They are always very caring and gentle with my old dog. I'm always very satisfied with their work

I bring my dog to the groomers to cut her nails because my partner is not comfortable holding her for me.We brought her here because we moved into the area.The staff was very friendly, but clearly lacked knowledge.For the nail cut, the woman was a little too aggressive with my dog who has very small limbs. She also cut multiple nails past the quick, my dog was gushing blood, screaming and crying and even trying to bite the woman, the first time I’ve ever seen her do that in my life.THEN WORST OF ALL she dipped my dogs nails into the Kiwk Stop (powder that stops the blood). She dipped directly into the container instead of using a sterile gauze, or even just a clean paper towel… That is super unhygienic and not okay.My dog is now absolutely terrified to get her nails cut and it has been incredibly difficult.She is usually a dream but I guess this place caused her to be fearful of the clippers.Don’t go. There are way better and more professional/cleaner groomers in the city.

They were nice, but please read before bringing your dog.I’ve been going here a while, but recently they switched owners and I saw the way they cut my dogs hair, he’s a difficult dog to cut because he hates haircuts, but she was pulling on his chin until he was wailing and it was depressing to see, since then I bright him back once more and he started shaking upon walking in the door. He never used to do this. Consider please if your dog is a difficult one to cut already, this will make it so much worse. Can’t go back, feel bad for my dog also :(

We came for the grooming of our little pomeranian dog. We were welcome by the manager, the all smiley Florence. She made us feel comfortable and reassured us that our little dog was in good hand.The appointment went very well and the prices are very good. We gave her certain indication of how we wanted our dog to be trimmed.Our pomerian look just like we wanted him to be and even better! I highly recommend Baboushka Toilettage!

Junior looked beautiful. Very well taken care of. Didn't seem to be scared for his first experience. Great team. Only thing I would note would be to keep the front of the store a little cleaner. Otherwise a 5 star experience.

I brought my dog to Baboushka a few times and every time there has been an issue. If they are too busy instead of trying to brush out any knots they just shave him to the skin. He’s come home with irritation/rashes on his belly. And most recently they cut my dogs paw to the point where he left blood all over the car and home entrance. They also increase their prices every time we go there.

I drop by for cutting my pup's claws. The lady who does it is so considerate but also efficient enough to get through all my dog's tantrums. Very grateful for this place.

I saw them drop a really old dog on the floor. Then they shaved my dog after washing him so there’s an insane amount of dog fur floating around my car now. They were very nice though.

Really disappointed. Brought my doodle to get shaved and they did an awful job. He’s uneven in so many places, missed so much hair on his legs and paws, his nails are still super long, his ears are long in some places and has sores from being cut in other place. He didn’t even smell fresh when I picked him up. For $120 I would not recommend.

Excellent service! I was really afraid to try any new grooming service but after I met one westie who had been cut there, I decided to give a try. I am very thankful to the groomer who takes care of her furry clients. The dog was not stressed at all, and happy after the grooming. Most importantly, now my dog now looks like an actual westie. Highly recommend. I'll be happy if my review is helpful to someone.
