I was very pleased with the quality of service from Grant Thornton. The team of specialist's were quick to answers questions either via phone or email. It was nice to know you had a trustee on your side. Gone are the days of struggling to keep up and just getting by. Making a decision to file a consumer proposal was a big decision. I had initial concerns and fears which made me delay on getting it done. But once I spoke with Grant Thornton reps, it was a seamless process and I felt confident with my decision.I was connected with a couple of people from the office and they were all super helpful. I was assigned to Allanah MacDonald and she was amazing! Allanah was helpful, thorough and informative throughout the whole purpose. Joey Zanni and his team including Allanah MacDonald were incredible to work with when dealing with a company winding down.
