Finally made the decision and bought a new garage door and opener. Glad I did it and am very happy with the choice of company. Did a great job with the install and enjoy being able to put the entire price on my credit card which made it easy. The reason for the four stars was the communication was through email and the company had difficulty doing that , they wanted direct communication via a phone call, as I am on the road 10 hrs a day email is my preferred method of communication. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again. House looks great with the new garage door!

Brad was on time and did a great job in installing the garage door and fixing the opener (chain fell off and was tangled). It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at HDS.

Replaced door spring the next day. Arrived at the agreed time. Paul, the technician, was friendly and excellent at this job. Replacement spring was completed promptly and really appreciated the extra time he took making sure our garage door was working correctly.

My garage door chain/wire cable let go this afternoon and phoned for a service call because I had used HDS before to replace a broken garage door spring. Brad arrived within the hour. Great service, found and fixed the problem and tweaked and tuned up the mechanism. The door now works more quietly and smoothly than before. Brad was courteous, friendly and very thorough. Couldn't ask for more from a service call. Very satisfied. Absolute top marks go to Hamilton Door Systems. Highly recommended!

Had a spring break for the garage door. Called them up and they were very friendly and I could tell they knew what they were talking about. They offered same day service, but I got next day due to my availability. The technician came on time and was friendly, and worked quickly to repair the door so it could be used again. Would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

The garage door blew up and fell apart Friday morning with a broken cable and came off the track and wheels went flying. Called HDS and by 1:00 pm the door was completely fixed and working more quietly and better than ever - and the cost was not too bad either. Thank you HDS!

Can’t say enough of what a positive experience it was from start to finish. Joe was amazing, his 30 years of experience truly showed. He was incredibly fast and knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Joe was friendly and was able to assess what was needed quickly and got to work. The whole job took about 20 mins. Online videos would not have covered all that went into fixing my garage door. I felt good that I had a professional on the job and truly benefited from Joe’s experience. Thank you!

Brad was great! called for a maintenance check on an old door, fast and friendly...my screen door handle decided to fall off and brad quickly fixed that too! will def call again in future when needed.

I wanted to write a new review but unfortunately for some reason google won't let me so I'm adding information. We had our doors serviced today and to check an issue we were having with our keypad. Joe who was the tech that installed them came today to look at everything. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job servicing/resolving our small problem.
