I was there today on my lunch break. I ordered a turkey sandwich. They didn’t have the buns so they did a wrap no problem at all I understand but I asked for no tomato ,I got tomato. Along that I ordered three ice coffees only received the two. I didn’t realize till I was back to my destination hence my rush (due to my break) that I had paid for the iced coffee and didn’t get…… very disappointing that they weren’t aware… :(

Just avoid, unorganized that leads to terrible service and undoubtedly health concerns. No turkey, toaster broken, etc. clearly absent owners - time for a surprise health board check. If they can’t do the basics - they are lacking more broadly.

Was given the wrong 2 roast beef sandwiches in early May and found a beard hair or private parts hair in my 3rd sandwich. The total was almost $30 and I have yet to hear back from management about a resolution. Sadly I could not go back in to have it corrected as I ordered the food for a colleague and I and took it back to work. I should have checked the food before I left the window. Been in touch with head office for almost 7 weeks and no clear resolution in sight because the store owner refuses to call me and own up to their mistakes. Train your staff better and practice better hygeine. Very disappointing that a big corporation will not take responsibility for their trash service and takes 7+ weeks to resolve this. I will be contacting the health unit shortly for the hair in my food.EDIT TO ADD: Clearly you have not read my review because you’d see that I’ve been in contact with customer service for almost 2 months.

The “owner” replied to my previous review below saying to contact their customer service so they have the opportunity to make it right but if the “owner” read my review they’d know I’ve been in contact with their customer service for SEVEN WEEKS. Clearly you do not want to make it right if I have had to send numerous emails asking for a resolution.

I have avoided this location for 3 years due to my order always being wrong and horrible drive thru time.(I once waited 17 minutes for a coffee, stuck in the drive thru lane) I recently went through drive thru again thinking it’s been 3 years they must have new staff or new management, it couldn’t possibly be as bad…I was wrong. Drive thru time way too long from time or placing order and actually getting my food. Again order was wrong. How is this possible? You need at least 4-5 staff to run that location each shift. Front counter cash, front counter expediter, dry thru cash and drive thru expediter. Get it together!

This location gets quite busy but it's not nearly big enough to handle the traffic. The lineup if people is often out the door as there's a tiny bit of room inside to form a line and the drive through lineup begins half a block down York street.

Horrible! Absolutely Horrible! Incorrect build on a lattè. I shouldn't have to wait for a Mobile order. Person on drive thru doesn't know what he's doing. Person on front counter can't read. Manager is sitting at her desk not helping. Customer service should be number 1 priority. The standards of tim hortons have fallen well below the Titanic

This location is hit or miss.The nice pink haired person that served me was very polite which made up for the ambiance provided by the construction workers with little to no IQ attempting to flirt with another employee.

I'm convinced that employees get reprimanded if they make anything correct. Your order will be wrong everytime and you will over pay due to this. My office is within walking distance and I've seen coworkers order Uber Eats just to avoid this location.
