The parking isn't the greatest here. The service was fast but they didn't want to double stitch the rear part of the pants which are constantly ripping. My guess is that double stitching takes more time and more thread which they don't get compensated for (paid for by employer.) The staff seem ok.

I've worked in a variety of different industrial and commercial work environments (heavy truck tire shop, steel factory, heavy equipment, oil rigs) and worn plenty of different heavy-duty FR-rated clothing. This is some of the best designed clothing I've ever worn, and holds up to a tremendous amount of abuse. Met with Scott to resolve an issue (not a manufacturing defect or anything) and left very satisfied. An excellent made-in-Ontario product.
