I have had holes patched, cloth diapers repaired, coats altered, pants hemmed, zippers and elastics replaced, throw pillows customized, and even had a washable mattress cover made by Hem It Up, and I continue to be impressed by their quality, professionalism and creativity. They take everything I throw at them and always go above and beyond my expectations. Very satisfied.

Took my jeans in to be hemmed. Just picked them up today and they did a wonderful job! Both ladies were very friendly. Prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely go back.

Had my prom dress done here a few years ago and it turned out perfectly. I've also had numerous pairs of pants hemmed as well as other alterations and repairs throughout the years and it's always a positive experience.

This establishment provided terrible service and treated their clientele in an appalling fashion. They were uncooperative, blatantly rude, and tried to charge extra fees to finally fix what they screwed up twice. DO NOT COME HERE! Especially do not deal with Pam who is not above making her customers cry over her own mistakes.

I have been here several timesover the years , supporting it faithfully when it first opened, and recommended it to anyone who would listen. Unfortunately the last time I took pants there to be hemmed it took the a week and the quality was horrible, I had to take them elsewhere to be redone. Thepast two times after that ( giving them the benefit of doubt) they have refused to do the alterations I required with reasons: it will take two weeks we are busy, we don't do that anymore takes too much time.Very disappointed, I tried to support local in my community however sadly I will find a more friendly and co operative business to support.
