T. Kettle

I haven't gone out much in the last two years because of covid, I'm also one who can't wear a face mask due to a medical condition that I have. I took a chance today going into the mall to shop and feel like a normal person again. I went into a few stores and staff were very kind to me and didn't give me any issues. Then I thought I'd try out this store as I was curious to what teas they offer. The employee I spoke with was very friendly and nice but after several minutes of being in the store she tried to offer me a mask in which I politely advised her I could not wear them due to my condition. She informed me that if her manager was there, she would not be serving me. It's reasons like this and feeling discrimated upon that I don't go into these places to begin with. People shouldn't be left feeling this way after shopping at and supporting their business's. We've all had our struggles the last few years and it's nice to just feel welcomed and supported when going out. I will never come back again and I will be sharing my experience with others.

Service has always been phenomenal I've been in several times and have never had a bad experience. If you're used to the well-balanced and flavorful teas from David's Tea, T Kettle is a bit of an adjustment. I find their teas very basic. They all smell very good but once steeped, the flavors aren't anything special. I would love to see some teas that have a bit of sweetness.

Great service, very helpful staff, helped by Nakita several times now. Got to try some new teas along with stocking up on a couple of old favourites like Gangzou Milk Oolong.I would definitely love to see more white teas available, especially Silver Needle.

I went into T.Kettle Cambridge for Silver Needle (a plain white tea) only to discover they didn't have it. After talking to Nakita and several minutes we found a substitute I was really happy with!I recommend visiting T.Kettle for all your tea needs!

The first time I visited it was just to look around Nakita was very knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything when I said I couldn't that day. It was for that reason I chose to come back when I was able to treat myself to some tea. I was delighted that it was Nakita working that day. She patiently and enthusiastically helped me find a tea that really suited my tastes. Thank you!

I went into the t kettle for the first time a week ago to the cambridge mall.the manager is nakita and she is very knowledgeable on their wide variety of tea. whether you are looking for a particular flavor or a tea with antioxidants etc., then she will find it for you. Their tea is very aromatic and tastes amazing. Thanks so much for the great service!

It's pretty common that I'll go to the mall, just to do a lap and grab a tea. Every time I do, I end up having a great conversation with the staff here. Their tea recommendations on always amazing. Nakita recommended the Candy Cane Lane tea, and I'm really looking forward to trying it!

Every time I go in I get the most wonderful tea and I don't even like tea! I went in for the first time a while ago and had such a great conversation with Isabella and I tried the maple French toast tea which was amazing. So amazing that I had to come back and buy a bag of it to make at home every morning
