Awful service and not professional. The quality of work is horrible. Pricing is not transparent. They will quote one price, but there are hidden charges. Beware! Loads of quality printers in the area. Avoid this place. I wish I read the reviews before coming here and getting ripped off.

Worst experience ever by this location. Harpreet kaur is in worst customer service. These guys rip us off. I went there to get my phone fixed but she cleverly added my line than I went back again to cancel the line she charged me 150$ even I cancelled in 15 days. Guys learn customer service don't rip off customers. Worst store ever. Guys do not visit this location ever.Harpreet there is always 0 cancellation fee if we exchange withing 1t days. So learn that.Thanks

Love this place, owners r great, hard working everytime ingo in, their signs and work look immaculate. BTW it's the girl who comes in to her court work with the little girl xo. Hope your vacation was great! Happy new year. And to the pple saying the owner is rude, he's hard working and runs a store, he's not intentionally rude, I think it's just his personona. Great couple great place.

Called this company out of desperation. Bell increased my fees every other month. Explained my situation and named how much I was paying to Bell. The sales person: Moody Halbouni examined my needs and came up with the offer, which was very acceptable price and service wise. He also arranged my account with Shaw and three days later I was switched over to Shaw with all the channels I needed. I would highly recommend poynt360 if you are interested in Shaw Direct TV (They have other services, but I only needed TV).
