Experience complètement (pourri) service client incroyablement décevanteInstallation de pompe en moin de 2 heure pour finalement avoir de la bouette et du sable dans mes tuyaux de plomberie (aucun flush)Incapacité a rejoindre le proprietaire de la compagnie .Pour avoir des explications3 jour plus tard je suis obligé de m’expliquer a un commis qui ma menacer de venir enlever ma pompe parce que je ne veut pas payer . Car je vais etre obliger de défoncer des mur pour réparer ma plomberie .Job vite faite , et completement baclée . Mise a par la pompe bien installé je ne veux plus rien savoir de pompe puit Caron .Votre employer a menacer et crier apres mon père agé de 53 ans!!! jusqua venir frapper dans sont truckIl lui a expliquer calmement le probleme.Et lui a tout simplement exploser et a commencer traiter de gros et blablablaEXCELLENT SERVICE CLIENT POMPE CARON .Granby es une petite ville les nouvelles vont très vite .

Anchor cut some windows for our basement and those windows are ok, but the problem was with after the work had been completed. Anchor did not clean up the mess they made and left stone, dirt, and glass all over the backyard. Now we have to clean up the mess. Also to get some large machinery into the backyard they removed the fence door from the hinge, and took the parts. Now we cannot reattach the door. The cutting and window installation was not bad but the collateral mess was too much and they did not clean anything up. Very unprofessional job.
