Acting on a referral I contacted Meadowlark Memorials. I had a list of design elements that were important to me but little to no understanding of what was possible. Carl was knowledgeable, patient, and offered viable solutions. I was extremely satisfied with the result. It was a collaborative process from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

We were planning to replace my fireplace and mantle at the same time.Got quotes from 6 different companies, then we selected Omega Mantles and Omega flames.Vito and Ian were very professional from the beginning. In-home measurements were taken and the installation dates were planned and executed perfectly. The result was both the fireplace and mantle fit in perfectly like hand and glove.The quality of the mantle was unbelievable and the installation crew did a great job and the finishing was extraordinary. Vito followed up with me at every stage and made sure the installation went on smoothly. The result was awesome and the mantle has become the focal point of our family room.If you are looking to change your fireplace and mantle, the guys at omega mantles and omega flames will take of it. We spent a fantastic day here learning about the art of stonecarving.Helen is a great teacher, and we all thought the Yorkshire Rose workshop was brilliant. Each of us came away very happy with what we had produced and learnt.Really nice to chat with some of the members during our breaks, too. Everyone super friendly and working on some really stunning pieces.Thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to give it a go.

We hired Sean to demo our chimney on our 1912 character house. He also built a beautiful new chimney and coordinated other trades to install a new gas fireplace insert. The end product is very beautiful. Each time I walk down the street I admire the character and warmth that it adds to our home. Sean’s communication, expertise, thoughtfulness and response time were much appreciated by us throughout the build. He was also gracious with his time in providing us with information on other projects that we were working on around our home.I would recommend Lennox Masonry if you are looking for strong communication and honesty.

I visited UNESCO-designated Rideau Canal many times. It is very well maintained, and passing of boats are quite impressive. However, they could automate the operation of the locks in order to reduce operational cost, i.e., taxpayers's money, please.
