We had an appointment for vaccinations for a trip to Peru. I had called many months in advance. We needed among other vaccines, a yellow fever vaccine because we were going to the Amanzon. I was told to get an appointment only 45 days in advance of the trip. So, I did so. It was in our files what vaccines we needed. When we got to the appointment they were out of the yellow fever vaccines because of a lack of vaccines across the country. That wasn't there fault. My beef with them is that as soon as they knew this, when they tried ordering some, they didn't let us know. We were left scrambling looking for a place that still had some. It took me 4 hours on the phone before I located a clinic with some and that was willing to accommodate us. So, we ad to pay consultation fees twice for the vaccines we needed. Had we known in advance we would only have gone to the second clinic and payed only one consultation fees and had all our vaccines at the same time.

My experience with Dr Kan was great. He is very knowledgeable, great bedside manners and took time to understand my problem. He didn't rush in anyway. I was well taken care of and got the answer that I was looking for. Thank you Dr Kan.

Amazing nice guy

So badBIG ZERO starVery dirty clinc and when she called me for booking appointment , I told her my son’s health card is expired and I have to renew it ,But she told me no need for renewal and it’s still working until the end of the month.When I went to the clinic she told me no it’s not valid and you have to pay 190$ right now!!And when you give me valid health card by the end of TODAY AT 3:30pm(IN PERSON) I will give the money back to you !!When I agreed she told me your appointment time is gone and I will reschedule at 1 pm !!Which I was so frustrated how I will do my son’s allergy test 1 pm and go to service Ontario to renew his health card and go back before 3:30pm to take the money back or otherwise NO REIMBURSEMENT !!NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

My experience with this allergist is that his ego is bigger than his attitude and they both stink !

Due to my seasonal allergies, I was referred to Dr. Dahche. I’m seeing him from almost year and a half. And my allergies are not that bad now. He’s knowledgeable and gives best treatment. His assistant, Luba, is welcoming and kind all the time. Highly recommended!
