Spen was on time, friendly and came fully kitted and supplied a highly professional service. It was clear from chatting that he was qualified in in sweeping and many other related services. During one sweep he found and removed more nest material that a previous sweeper had left! And then camera surveyed to provide an absolute check. Thanks Spen.

Had our chimney swept by Keir yesterday and I have to say we were very impressed by the job done. Absolutely no mess left, professional and pleasant to deal with. Have no hesitation in adding another 5 stars for this business. Will 100% be back next year.

Dawn and Norbert installed an Ecosy+ Hampton 5 insert woodturning stove last week and did an excellent job with good humour. They arrived on time, worked non-stop all day and finished around 6 pm. Various problems arose during the day and were all overcome, including replacing a hearth which did not fit with a beautiful new slate one which Dawn sourced, cut, shaped and polished to the exact size in the front garden. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us an impressive tutorial on getting the best our of our wood burner at the end of the day. We love our new wood burner. Our sitting room has never felt so cosy.

Having just moved into a property with an open fire and being a bit clueless I called Spencer for a sweep and advice.
