We have a weird fire box which baffled previous sweeps. Gary knew exactly what he was doing, and did a great job. Will certainly be using him again and recommending him to friends.

Will not use again. Charged to remove birds nest and add cowl to the chimney. Did not remove all the nest. We had a problem with smoke coming back in the room and called another sweep who removed charred nest from the chimney. Cowl still intact so must have been left before cowl fitted.

Fantastic service. We were very last minute in trying to get the flue swept, Gary managed to fit us in the week before Christmas. Really quick, clean and efficient service. He even fitted the stove clips I had been meaning to fit for a few days.

We had Gary sweep the flues for our fireplace and biomass boiler last week. For someone who doesn't normally do reviews, I'll make an exception here. I can't recommend Gary enough. He was prompt, very professional (Guild certified), super clean during the job, full of useful advice, and overall, a great professional tradesman to deal with. I wish all tradesman in the north east had his level of attention to detail and pride in his job. Will definetly be using Gary again next year.
