I’m so happy our interior decorator Angela Sawyer recommended Greenway Carpet Cleaning Ltd. to protect our rug. We bought a beautiful expensive carpet so wanted safe and good protection.Rob and Lori are awesome. Very knowledgeable professional and helpful. Not only did our carpet get great protection but they also recommended and brought the best under pad for it. They use a safe micro seal product that is eco friendly and permanent.We recently discovered a stain when removing a log side table which with even some felt pads on the bottom leaked through. I called them and got an immediate response. Rob thinks it may have been linseed oil. Well they came and in no time had the stain gone. It looks perfect. They didn’t even charge me since I had the micro seal protection!!!!They also do furniture as well and did our daughter’s sofa, chair and ottoman. I was so pleased to have Atish and Kyle assist with the restoration of a carpet I had acquired from an online auction which turned out to have serious stains and odour. I was told by many companies ‘ we cannot ‘ clean viscose or ‘those carpets are disposable’. Finally made an online inquiry to Lotus. The response was brisk on a weekend and quote was reasonable versus discarding the rug. The transformation is incredible. Stains and odour are gone, instructions for care and preservation were given and we are enjoying the rug after less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend Lotus for service, care and professional advice.

Denise helpful, friendly and fit me in right away and answered quite a few of my questions as I haven't had good luck with carpet cleaning businesses. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable about his services. We are very happy with the outcome. The carpet had extreme dirty footpaths and came out beautiful without sticky residue. Legacy cleaning did a deep cleaning of my apartment while I was out of town. When he gave me the estimate he quoted me the rate of $35/hour. He did not mention that he would be sending two people and it would be $35/hour per person so I was shocked when my bill was twice of what he quoted me. He deducted $70 off my bill for the miss quote but I still paid way over what we originally agreed on. The cleaning was well done; however the first cleaner arrived 10 minutes late and the second cleaner arrived even later. They also left before the time they said they were done. I won’t be dealing with this company again.

We had good experienced. Very professional and and our stairs are super filthy. We already decided to replace it with vinyl but for some financial reason we delayed it and tried to do the steam clean instead. It works magically, our stairs and room is now clean and almost new if not on ware and tear. Highly recommended company.

I hired Miracle Cleaning to do a move out clean for my apartment. The work was excellent. They finished everything in two hours and left the place sparkling. I got the entirety of my security deposit back. I highly recommend them!
