Lee provided outstanding service. Provided a quick and reasonable quote, showed up on time, cleaned a large sectional from the driveway/garage which was super convenient. He went way above and beyond by offering to help us move the large sofa inside the home so the wet parts of our expensive sectional did not freeze. Truly a nice person and did a great job at that. Definitely using his services again!

First of all they replied to our online query right away, second he provided reasonable availability to come and do the job, and third his work was outstanding, even against all odds: our sectional has never been cleaned before and had year old water, Saliva, puke by our toddlers (and probably some Urine too). Having said that he mentioned he may not be able to guarantee 100% the removal of the stains but the results speak by themselves. Not only the stains are gone but the sectional smells like clean and sanitized.

I would definitely use this company again. Lee delivered exactly what he promised. He showed up on time, was friendly and professional.

When I made contact with the company, they answered the phone and asked me a few simple questions which lead to the booking of a quick appointment that would take place before my planned gathering. During that phone call, we were able to figure out the total cost which was definitely a price that cannot be beat. I received a courtesy call the day before from the gentleman and he arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and ready to work hard. He took great care in protecting my hallway and corners of my walls. The couches and carpet are spotless with his 30 years of experience speaking for itself. This was my first time using Kleen Up Pros and I was very impressed! I spoke with Lee and within 24 hrs, he was at my house cleaning my carpets. He did a fantastic job cleaning and getting some stains (he didn’t think would come clean) out of our carpet. He walked me through the whole process and was very efficient. I’d definitely use Kleen Up Pros again.
