The store itself and other associates are good. My particular problem is with the Auto Centre Manager (believe his name is Roger). After having my car serviced at this location for many years, I asked him if I could have a few bags, as the ones they had previously wrapped my wheels in had ripped. He refused and said the bags are only for current customers getting their vehicles serviced". Puzzled at his response

Take 5 Oil Change
I had badly damaged the under plate on my car trying to beat the snow today. I didn’t know what to do! I always go for all the other services they do so I thought why not. Not only did Sean take me in immediately but removed the bottom plate in seconds. He gave me a great day when everything went so wrong. No charge for being a good regular customer. Just made my day!
