I can't believe this!! These reviews are from Eddie's old website and they were a lot older than the 2023 dates shown here!! These are the exact same reviews I based my decision on back in January 2023 and we fired him on March 16, 2023! Interesting how one of the reviews is from March 8/23 when he was still working for us!! Our experience with Eddie, certainly was not good! He lied to us, and his work ethic was absolutely, horrible! While he worked for us, he never put in a full day of work. We were lucky if he started work by 10:00 or 10:30 am and then would leave after 4-5 hours. His work was certainly not professional! We had to hire another contractor to redo some of the work he did, such as the marble ledger tile he installed on our breakfast bar, which came crashing down onto the new flooring in our kitchen. So not only did we have to repurchase and reinstall new marble ledger tiles, but we also had to replace the flooring in that area, due to the damage caused by the fallen tile wall. They also completed the rest of the work in our home that Eddie was paid for but did not complete. We are out over $2500 that he promised to pay back, but still have not receive and that was over a year ago. Eddie is not an honest man, but if you do decide to hire him, do not give him any money other than the 25% down, which he will request on his quote and DON'T give him money for materials until he delivers them to your home. We gave him over $1000 in December 2022 to buy ceiling tiles for a small area below the stairway to our basement. We asked him several times if he had the tile and if so, to bring them to our home. He insisted that he had the tiles and would tell us that he would bring them with him the next day, but never did. There was always an excuse for why he could not. Then finely in March of 2023, he finally admitted that he had spent the money and did not buy the tiles. Thankfully, he did pay us back for that. Think twice before you hire Eddie. He is not trustworthy and all these other reviews, certainly are not the Eddie that worked for us!!

Our families experience with Delonix over the last many years has been nothing short of perfect. We have used Daryl and his team for many projects at our home. He has bailed me out many times with unforeseen situations. He is excellent at planning and helping with ideas for your project right from the ground up. They are extremely meticulous to detail and their workmanship is second to none. I would not hesitate to have Daryl and his team build our next home. Once your part of the Delonix family you will never be forgotten about. Five stars all the way!!

Yuri of Best Construction gave us an estimate for our siding and went out of the way to explain different options about the types of vinyl siding and the quality of the vinyl differences. He also came out and did a check of my roof and did not try to up sell - told me my roof was fine for now.The siding came out fantastic and we loved the two men who did the work, Greg and John. Wonderful people and it was actually a fun experience. A fair price too.

I liked that they called about 20 minutes before arrival time, and actually arrived on time. They were very friendly and hard working. I had them take an old couch out so it wasn't a huge deal, but I was so thankful for their service! Will be recommending them and using them again in the future.

Eric and his team are very professional and worked with us to complete the basement renovation we had envisioned. From our initial request for an estimate to the finishing touches, Eric was always available and proved to be very easy to work with.

Had a roof installed Jason came out and had it installed fast. He was very professional and courteous. The roof looks great and I highly recommend him to do any work that you may have for him.

Called yesterday about a lost pump that was unattached in my well and having extremely low water pressure.Today Adam and Chris came, got the pump out of the well (somehow), took it apart, found the problem and replaced it in under an hour.The first phone call to the final completion in less than 24 hours and everything was fixed. I'm blown away!These guys are efficient, knowledgeable and super responsive! I will be using them again if I ever have any issues, although I don't think I will due to the nature of their work.Everything was explained and even shown to me. Not pushy at all and extremely easy to talk to.Thank-You so much for being super fast and amazing!Thank-You for giving my family back their water!

Eric and his crew completed an attic master bedroom (with 3-piece bath) renovation for us.The finished space looks amazing. Cannot wait to have family and friends over so they can see it in person!The design was prepared by White Dahlia design.It was an overall great experience with Eric and his crew, in particular Mike, Chris and Aaron. They were were extremely courteous and professional (through the challenges of COVID and lockdowns, and even when our dog decided lay in their path as they carried drywall up two flights of stairs, or when one of our young children grilled them with important questions upon arrival in the morning)The Borman crew regularly went above and beyond in the work they did and were always focused on delivering us a great finished product (and not necessarily on doing what was just the quickest or easiest way of doing something).Eric gave us a fixed quote upfront and clearly communicated where certain decisions by us were going to incur extra costs. We really appreciated having the certainty and control over the final cost of the project.Highly recommend for your next renovation project!
