The service provided by Patrick is top quality. Both myself and a close friend engaged his skills as a surveyor, and we were both very pleased with the outcome. His report is both thorough and clear, and is concerned with providing as much information as possible to ensure that you know exactly what the state the property is in prior to signing contracts. Service froid, délai non respecté (mi-juillet à la place de mi-juin) Arpenteur et technicienne non collaboratifs. Ils ont mis un cours d'eau sur le terrain ce qui le rendait non constructible alors qu'il n'y en avait pas (un spécialiste des sols ne comprenait pas non plus d'où sortait ce cours d'eau sur le relevé topographique). Pas flexible aux demandes et compromis demandés Suis allé voir Bérard et Tremblay service A++ et très compréhensif!
