I honestly hate going into this bank as each and every time seems like a horrible experience dealing with the ladies here. More recently I had a very rude bank teller with long dark hair and glasses. This woman should not be in the industry of serving customers. Before I had a run-in with her I could see how she was treating and speaking with the customers ahead of me and it was bad. She has no business working at this bank or any other bank. Another experience like this and I will be moving my banking over to TD or Scotia.

The traditional banks rules were too stringent, but I'm glad Fairstone gives you a chance, especially when you're just trying to get out of debt and you do the best you can.
