Associate Yen is so rude and inconsiderate.Even after having my recipet she didn’t return the unused rug. When I asked for manager she didn’t call anyone and told me she will call security if I don’t leave. Never going back there. No customer service at all. Very disappointed. I asked before buying about return policy. They said I can exchange rug in 30 days.

Here are my thoughts.Products arrive on Friday. If you can’t go Friday or Saturday morning, just don’t go.It is busy and messy on these days though.The place has many different items that are not separes by category. So it is a lot messier than Value Village or Talize or any similar store.Prices changes according to the day of the week.

Fairly discounted items great service for brands clothing & shoes.Great bargains.

I sent a package going to the Ph last Sunday. The tracking number is not valid, I called the REAL LIQUIDATION STORE KINGSWAY instead of helping me they just laughed at me and said that it is not their problem. Rude! They even told me that they are busy attending other customer. Very poor service!

CES has always been my go to for honest, reliable, & courteous service.

So, to be clear the reason I’m giving this store a 2 is the same reason everyone else has. It’s disgusting. It is suuuper dirty and I’m not sure how it passes health codes to be honest.I’d like to know why the store isn’t cleaned.I’ve had pleasant conversation with the cashiers and the prices for things are good. It’s like a glorified dollar store but even the dollar stores keep their facilities clean.Overall, meh. They have some random interesting finds but I don’t enjoy walking through because it feels really dirty

I was given the gift of a plastic flip top smoke case, and a grinder with an arm to spin your herb.I used the grinder 2 times, and it broke. He insists his stuff is the finest from India and China.When I went to return the broken grinder, he insisted that it was not purchased in his store.He lies to avoid loss. Poor business skills.I live a block away and you have lost my business in your own neighbourhood.Go elsewhere for better gear.

We’ve been blessed to find Randy and Natalie over the past year while we build our new home. I can express enough how pleasant it is to deal with them, they truly make you feel like family.Everything we’ve purchased has been in great condition and at amazing value. We check in with them weekly and would strongly encourage anyone sitting on the fence do also and see for themselves.Thank you guys!!!

Don’t use that other auction place!!! USE THIS ONE!!! I got a cheque for about double what I got from “Karlas auctions”. And that ukrainetz group had all the good atuff first?!! I got about $270 for a gun alone, with those people, and Alot of my tools, good table saw, router, drill press..... it filled up a truck and trailer, and my cheque was somewhere around the high $500 dollar range, after their fees. Pure BS!Please use this auction. From experience. I couldn’t lift, so they did all the work. My God! What a wonderful couple!!! They did it on a long weekend even!!!!!!Please, use these guys!!!! Don’t throw away your money to pompous wannabees, At that other place.
