The team at S Wilson & Co turned a situation that I was not looking forward to dealing with into, literally, a pleasure. I had a long term tenant in my commercial property that was becoming an environmental nightmare and I wanted them out. With their years of experience, they took my problem and professionally handled it for me. I did not have to confront the tenant or put myself in harms way whatsoever. The best company we have ever dealt with. Professional, great staff, efficient, cost effective, and their word is GOLD. They say what they will do, set a fee, show up and get it done. We have used them many times over the last 8 years and have never had a complaint, even the tenants that they have locked out say they are gentlemen and professional, now that is some comment.
