You can't beat the service here. First time I visited was for an Olight SR52UT, which I love. Second time was for a bike mount and to see about getting a new tailcap for my Fenix LD22. John determined I only needed a new switch, and to my amazement he had one in stock despite my version of the light being long discontinued. In a couple minutes we had it installed and working. I'm super impressed and can't wait for an excuse to visit again.

Great selection and price. The owner John was very pleasant to deal with. Bought two flashlights from them. Only wish they had a better website where I can filter and sort my searches and show the inventory.

I had such great service here today from Josh! I was nervous to get my oil changed for the first time by someone I didn’t know and my experience exceeded all expectations. Josh was very friendly, confident, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He answered all my questions, did such a thorough job, communicated clearly to me about what he was doing, and I did not feel pressured one bit. I even got a generous welcome gift! The other employees were very nice as well including the lady who checked my tires and washed my windows (didn’t catch her name). Thanks and I’ll definitely be back!

My review is modified based on the service I received from the gentleman at this store. It can be much more hassle-free without involving the undue stress of removing the battery with your own tools in bone-chilling cold with your wife and kids in an un-heated car due to battery being taken out. If you're listening and watching this, at least make a couple of tools available at your store for customers to unload the battery when they reach your store - or better yet, change it for them. Takes less than 3 minutes for someone experienced and equipped with the right tools.At the store, the gentleman promptly replaced the battery without much hassle.Interstate Batteries warranty replacement procedure feels like a well-deployed scam. I originally bought my battery in GTA Ontario (a little less than 2 years ago) and tried to get it replaced under warranty in Montreal, Quebec, when I had a dead battery this morning.I first called Interstate themselves in Laval and they very confidently referred me to call any of the distributors listed on their website - closer to my home. I started calling their distributors one by one, and NONE OF THEM owned the warranty replacement process for my battery. They all at first denied anything to do with Interstate battery : most common reasons given... OHH we don’t work with interstate anymore. When I insisted that I got your contacts from Interstate themselves, over the phone or from their website; then they all started hiding behind the reasons that we don’t get to make money off this replacement, OR just plainly lied that they don't carry that battery anymore.As a customer, I DONT CARE if the distributor gets to make money from my WARRANTY REPLACEMENT or not. For me, its my RIGHTFUL WARRANTY CLAIM that matters. I stopped calling any distributors after hearing non-sense excuses from the fourth garage. A couple of them had the guts to express their surprise that they are listed on interstate distributors website for warranty replacement.So I called Interstate Laval again, they ACTED surprised and said well you can bring your battery to us here in Laval - which is far enough for someone with a dead car battery (70 kms, roundtrip). To me, it is interstate's admission of guilt that their coast-to-coast nation-wide warranty replacement procedure DOES NOT WORK.BOTTOM LINE: If this is how their warranty replacement procedure works (NOT!), despite proudly claiming that they cover coast to coast battery replacement - I am not buying interstate batteries anymore.

Very quick and efficient staff! I needed an oil change right before a long road trip. Not only did they change the oil, they also cleaned my fuel system and let me know what other maintenance I needed to get done, along with a general inspection of my car. And all this within 30mins! Tarun was the staff that was taking care of me. He walked me through every step and unlike other mechanics, he wasn’t trying to sell me anything extra which made me trust everything he was saying. I would definitely come back here if I’m in a pinch. Good job guys!

I recently purchased 3 batteries. The prices were excellent and the customer service was above and beyond. The guys were very friendly and helpful as I needed help installing my battery. I was very impressed. We had purchased batteries here before the name change and always satisfied. If you are in need of a battery, no need to look or price anything out anywhere else.This is the only place you need to consider.
