We had a great experience with ram exteriors having our kitchen redone. Brad did amazing work from start to finish. He made the early planning stages all the way through to the finished product flow smoothly. I was above and beyond impressed with the final product. Ram Exteriors recently installed a new dura system roof. They did a fantastic job, neat, professional, meticulous workmanship, prompt, happy employees. Roger was willing to have me talk to 2 other satisfied customers who were NOT coached. Very happy, would recommend them to anyone. Not cheap, but good value. I am not related to anyone at Ram, and am not an employee!

My house had concrete steps from the previous owner...which had sagged A LOT over the years. I wanted the concrete ones removed and wood stairs put in. Every one i called said they didn't do wood stairs...until i called JCS. I was overjoyed to hear i could finally get these terrible stairs out & nice ones in. While they were here we got to talking about the wood stairs & upkeep on them & decided that no slip vinyl encasing the wood would be the better option since it's basically maintenance free. No staining each summer etc. Best part is that it wasn't that much more price wise so i'd have been crazy to pass up. They did an AMAZING job! Jon, as well as the gentleman he was working with both answered all of my questions in great detail. No rushed answers or work. Super professional. Great quality of work. I will definitely call them in the future for my other big projects.

Adam constructed a wooden deck and gazebo and I could not be happier with the end product. Adam and his crew were great to deal with. Professional, courteous, punctual, reliable and respectful. Adam’s initial quote matched his end price and he even added a few extras including a stair for my gazebo and a platform for my rain barrel. He showed up when he said he was going to and completed the job within the timeframe he identified. Adam and his team are very hard working and I would highly recommend them!

First and foremost, Yadi displayed the utmost professionalism in all my discussions with him before and during the job I hired him for. His workmanship and product is of high quality. Rest assured. He beautifully completed my back door aluminum cover with gutter downpipe support, as well as a suite side-door modern, plexiglass awning. I was impressed how meticulous he is, and the enthusiasm and passion he portrays of the work he does. He proved it to me. I am thinking of bringing him back to do some more work on my upper decks. Tony and his crew completed both our front and back yard in the summer of 2016. The crews were extremely professional and the job was completed quickly with no delays. NOTE: we considered this a multi year project with some items to be completed ourselves following the deck build. As of Nov 5, 2017 the following are incomplete: stair landing cladding; upper deck fascia, soffit and lighting; landscape lighting in gardens.In early 2016, we hired a designer for our backyard. The backyard is about 3600 sq.ft. , so a fairly big space. Ultimately, the design included a deck, an away patio and gardens along all each fence lines. The deck design was fairly complicated - over 800 square feet and spread out over 5 levels, including a 12x12 upper deck that provided a shelter from the rain for the lower deck. We have a walkout-condition house and one side of the yard has an elevation along one fence, and this necessitated a design that included, among other challenges, a tricky entrance at the backyard gate and challenging transition between the upper level stairs and two levels of the deck below. The deck and landscape design was by Welwyn Wong.Bottom line is that Tim at Exterior Craft is a pro. He is kind, honest and a great listener. His team is fantastic and they are all very professional.
