This is my go-to place for counters. Amazing customer service. I have used them for two kitchens and six bathrooms over the years. They have better prices than most other fabricators and go the extra mile to deliver a great product. I love that they are a local family business, good folks doing good work.

Very unpleasant experience. We were looking for an offcut for a bathroom vanity. The receptionist and showroom sales person were nice and professional and helped us find two possible pieces.Manager (very strong Eastern European accent) who came to give us a quote, on the other hand, was arrogant and unprofessional, reacting aggressively to our observation that his quote was much higher than other quotes we got from several reputable fabricators in the neighborhood.We left promptly and certainly will not be back.

Countertops Direct was amazing to work with. Although, the offices are far from my Bloomfield Township home, they were highly recommended by a former contractor of mine. I made one visit across town to get educated and take a look at various counter options. Kelly was extremely helpful pointing out the pros-and-cons of the various options. She was a breeze to work with. The measurement process was a easy; Eric and Ryan were amazing at the installation. Also, due to some renovation issues/delays in my old house, I had to delay parts of the installation. Kelly was very understanding as Eric and Ryan had to come back three different times to complete the install – the last two over the holidays. I highly recommend Countertops Direct and would use them again with no hesitation.

It was a pleasure to do business with this family owned operation. I enjoyed George and Jose's positive attitude and providing me with more than expected. I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for great value for your money! They are a very efficient and hard working crew! I could not believe how much work they got done in such a short period of time. I am more than satisfied with my experience with this lovely family run business.

I had the pleasure of working with Stoneworx via Home Depot. They installed a new quartz countertop in my kitchen and it looks beautiful. The installation team (John and Felipe) was very professional and careful and did a fantastic job. Their customer service also called me the day after to check if I was happy and to provide instructions on keeping it well maintained. Great experience, highly recommended!

So: I emailed The Stone Solution today at 8:05 am. Manny called me about 14 minutes after he opened, and we had a deal and a time to do my small repair & resealing, TODAY. John was here on time, and in 2 hours my counters looked better than new, and the tiny chip was invisibly mended. I am thrilled. Wish I could give them more business, but I will absolutely recommend this shop!(Backstory: I had accepted a quote from a different granite repair place on July 28. Heard nothing for a month, then calls weren’t returned and dates were loosey-goosey, so today I ran out of patience. I can’t wait until they call me....)I wish I had called The Stone Solution first. !!

Art of Stone was my choice for a kitchen countertop renovation. They have a large quantity of slabs on site to choose from with some on sale. The prices in HRM are higher than what I'm used to in the Toronto area, so I spent a lot of time shopping at different locations before picking this one. The price is the only reason for the 1 star drop, knowing that there are $35-$45/sqft prices in GTA, vs HRM's $60-$80/sqft. The service was very good. It took 3 weeks from the time we ordered to the delivery. The installers too, were knowledgeable and friendly. I would go to them again.

Good location. But less choices now due to covid-19 short supply

Pacific r&r'd our 15 year-old white quartz and upgraded us to a beautiful Sandalous Quartzite. They installed over 100 square feet and did an outstanding job! Fits and finish are perfect, seamless quite frankly. The guys were so thorough, very clean & detail oriented in the install process, and on timeline. I would highly recommend the Pacific family for any stone or Granite work, as they provide quality product, professional service and customer satisfaction at a very competitive price. Most importantly any concern or questioning I had was resolved immediately to my satisfaction. Cheers

The worst and most unprofessional service I have ever had to experience in spite of how small and insignificant it was to simply measure, cut and install a bathroom vanity.We show up to their facility and even though their online presence comes across a very professional and well put together, you can tell that it is only a façade. The office is dirty, the guy at the front desk, who seems to be the son of the owner, has no idea how to manage and handle things.After choosing the stone we wanted, we paid a deposit and then a person was supposed to come by to take measures and template the bathroom vanity but that didn't happen in week 1, 2, 3 or 4, even though I kept calling sometimes more than once a day to only hear that the owner was going toc all me back with an estimate of when the template people were able to drop in. He never ever called back and I never heard back from the folks who were supposed to drop in to template the space until a day after I had gone to get my money back.Pro Stone, made me lose a lot of time and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business because they don't seem to want to work at all.I would encourage anyone to go find any other provider.
