Northwest FIS was great! They responded to my request within hours, set up an appointment, arrived with masks and cheerful dispositions, and got the job done efficiently and safely. My parents are with API and have been very happy with their service. The staff is amazing and so pleasant and easy to deal with. Always there to answer all your questions. My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. He didn't rush when explaining how the new system works, and was so great at answering all their questions. They were very satisfied with everything, and highly recommend API Alarm.

Unprofessional. Came hammering on my door and scared my dog. Could have used door bell , (he said he did so we tested it and then he says I guess I’m a liar lol ) didn’t introduce himself or tell me what he was doing just walked right in and set off the fire alarm which is extremely loud for a dog. Coulda brought him outside with a warning. Don’t usually rate or post but don’t want anyone to have the same experience
