Credit counseling service

I was assisted by John Hoang. Just wanted to give him a two thumbs up for his service. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He explained everything very well and made sure that I understood what I would be signing up for. The process was really easy and straightforward. Looking forward to being debt free. I highly recommend this company and their staff John Hoang.

Definitely recommend Olivia Harper. So very easy to talk too and was able to offer some real solutions when I felt I had no other options. Now I’m starting fresh and never felt better!

I wish my review was a better one, but I am not completely happy with how things went at MNP, my wife and I went there for help and advise, this is not our area of expertise, we are older people and I feel our proposal should have been joint. which originally cost $7500. After the proposal was accepted, we found out one of the banks that accepted the proposal that was in my name only, decided to hold my wife accountable for the debt and harassed her daily for 6 months and this was the same debt they had accepted from me. We now had to go back to MNP and do a separate Proposal for her and pay another $2700 which I do not think was fair. I really feel MNP should have done a better job advising us or at least help try and recover the $2700. The people there were very friendly and easy to talk to I just wish things were handled differently and I would have recommended them to others. The rest of this process has been good.

Unprofessional staff i was there there and asked guy for assistance he said he’s off work and said that a girl will assist we were waiting for the girl to assist us and she left as well and the same guy said give us information about yourself as we give him information after checking he said you have account with is because my card was lost after few minutes he said you don’t have any account with us.wasting peoples time and trying to fool them with false statements should be fired from job

Personne ne répond au téléphone à cette succursale et personne ne rappelle même si on laisse un message!!! J'habite actuellement à Québec et je déménage dans moins d'un mois à Terrebonne. Ça m'inquiète beaucoup, car ce sera ma prochaine succursale!
