BDO is the absolute best!! I talked to another place first, and it was a nightmare. No in person meeting. Missed calls, emails ignored. I called BDO and had an appt immediately. The receptionist (I wish I knew her name) is so friendly and welcoming. And Johanna....well I don't have enough words to say how incredible she is. She explained everything and made sure I understood. She is fantastic! I would definitely recommend BDO to anyone.

I really owe a Big Thank You to Johanna Boven MacLean that is long overdue.I was quite distraught about my financial situation plus some other things going on and feeling hopeless.The compassion and support she gave over the phone to a person she doesn't know - was unbelievable and so greatly appreciated.As someone who suffers so much anxiety from phone calls and stressful situations such as mine, I felt oddly comfortable opening up and discussing my situation to her. Her guidance and support to me while I was a complete sobbing mess is something I won't forget. She set me up with all the information I need to get started in fixing my financial struggle and gave me guidance in how to approach a certain issue with a debt collector.
