Board game club

This place was interesting. I loved the idea of playing games with a group of friends and hanging a good time. Paying to play was not what I expected. The bartender was super nice but didn't really have beverage knowledge. Basic pub food on the menu. The sharable platter was nice for the group.I would definitely go again for the right reason at the right time.

I've been using Dice Owl almost exclusively since I came across their website a couple years ago. They consistently have really good prices and the customer service has always been phenomenal. They've definitely earned my loyalty and I recommend them to anyone who enjoys board games.

Un bel endroit pour s'amuser et prendre un bon verre entre amis. La combinaison avec les jeux d'évasion rend l'expérience ludik vraiment intéressante. On peu y aller en famille ou entre amis. Le personnel est très serviable, avec beaucoup ďénergie et des connaisance en jeux de sociétés impressionante. Ils ont pres de 400 jeu!!!

The vibes are immaculate!! Upstairs you have a small cafe and candy shop area where you can rent board games to play in house while enjoying a bevvie, or purchase to bring home. Downstairs is a magical land filled with every second hand record, movie, or game that you’ve ever wanted. Not to mention the back room filled with hundreds of second hand books to add to your personal library. Truly a gem in the heart of Bowness!

I’m…super confused as to where I got this bubble tea. I walked in the rain trying to find whale tea but I found Time Sugar? I’m assuming it’s the same thing?? Anyway staff was just not in the mood. Drink was good enough I ate the waffle before I could get a pic - also good , cute seating. Just…confused where I went. Also parking lot is narrow so just watch out.

This is something that Edmonton has been missing. There are tons of board game cafes, but this one stands out! Not only can you come in to play tabletop games, they have an incredible community built on their discord server, so you don't have to have other people coming with you to be able to enjoy the space. The other incredible feature is the Maker Space, not everyone wants to buy their own 3d printer or laser cutter, and to be able to use the ones at the Clumsy Dragon is a huge draw. Matt really knows his stuff and has been great at helping me find a few new items to make my D&D sessions more fun and more interesting. I highly recommend checking them out!

My friend just went in there he goes there a lot. I never seen anybody get treated so poorly as a customer.
