Brad and his partner are very professional with a great deal of experience. They completed the installation of my billiard table thoroughly ensuring surrrounding obstacles and distances were clear of cue length. They needed to install the cloth making it look professional and tournament like. They made sure it was fully balanced with all pockets secure with no loose pieces. I'm very satisfied.

Should be a 10 Star rating if possible. Great communication, promptness and the end-result was better than expected. I had a table that needed assembly. I advised Ivan that I was not sure that I had all parts / hardware etc. Ivan and his team just got to work and amazingly within 2 hours had my table set-up, levelled and ready to play. He and his team were friendly, polite, very professional and present-able. Such a knowledgeable professional who, with the problems I thought I had with the table, Ivan brought the solutions. Outstanding results!

Oct 2018We were extremely pleased with Under the Table service. We had researched other companies in Ottawa and chose this one.We bought a second hand pool table. Jay, the manager and his co-worker, Corban dismantled the table, moved it to our home where they re-assembled it. They were punctual and efficient. Jay was very patient, knowledgeable and professional with the move, all our concerns and questions from when we initially contacted him and throughout the whole process. Also, the cost was very reasonable.This was the best experience we have had dealing with service people.We highly recommend Under the Table. We had enjoyed our hot tub for several years as both an entertainment feature and a therapeutic treatment for sore muscles. Unfortunately we didnt keep up with the required maintenance last year and decided to not use it for the winter without properly winterizing it. Such a mistake! When we wanted to start it up again, it had burst a pipe (or two) and trashed one of the pumps. We called the repair division of the company that had sold us the tub and after their inspection were advised that it was not repairable our only solution was to buy a new one. Looking for a second opinion, we Googled hot tub repair and found J&J Service Tech Ltd. With a 4.8 out 5 stars review rating. After hearing our story, they assured me everything is fixable, gave me an estimate of the cost and the time required for a complete overhaul. Then they set out to do as they promised, fully restoring the tub with a new pump, a repair to the other pump, dozens of replaced jets, new pipes and couplings as required, thoroughly cleaning all the lines, educating me in the new chemical solutions all in less time than anticipated and right on budget. Virtually a new tub at a fraction of the cost of a new or even a refurbished tub. Both Jessy and Kyle were on site both are very professional and they deliver what they promise! Fantastic product and what service!!! On Saturday I called, spoke with Joe about what I needed, a Keiser M3i spin bike, he matched a price and just two days later I have my beautiful new bike, delivered and fully built for no additional charge!!! Fantastic!!!
