Excellent company! My family and 2 dogs were stranded in Hope. We needed a ride to Quesnel. Hope Taxi gave a ride. We felt safe with the driver who was very kind and courteous. He even made a couple stops so we could let our dogs out for a walk. Thanks Hope Taxi!

They do what is expected and know the area well. Some cars are a little run down. But they got me where I needed in a respectable time.

Can't say I'm happy with the service. The answering machine said they were open until 1:30am. I called at 12:10 and there was no answer. The machine said if there was no answer to call back as they are busy. I spent 35 minutes calling back, when I finally decided they closed early. This is the third time this had happened to me. There should be another choice as to who to call. This cab company clearly has a monopoly and is taking advantage of it.

The drivers were just awesome. Had an emergency in Calgary and couldn’t find flights, so called hope taxi and they were ready to help even on a short notice and with the snow storm. The ride was smooth and the driver was very courteous and professional. Thnks Hope♥️

Amazing experience, my car got stuck on hwy 5. The driver helped us shift all our stuff to the cab and even helped us find a place to stay for the night. Very affordable service. Kudos to hope taxi!!

Called the day before to arrange a pick up time. The next day I was waiting and had to call again since the time came and went that had previously been discussed. The person driving was rude and definitely a racist towards Indeginous people reinforcing stereotypes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately it's the only taxi service in Hope. I'm not sure what the going rate is for taxi services but they were driving under the speed limit which made it more expensive and I was just in time for my appointment.
