I’m grateful that Masayo took care of our kitties. I believe she treated them the way we do and I’m happy for that. With the daily updates we could see how our kitties were in perfect condition and despite some of them being shy, playing and interacting with Masayo very comfortably. I was afraid as this was the first time I was away from my kitties for several days but the updates and seeing them doing fine with Masayo was a huge relief. We would definitely have Yellow Kittee take care of them in a future occasion :)

First time we used a cat-sitting service for my four year old cat. We felt so blessed that my cat could not have been in better hands. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone I know. Masayo and George are real cat lovers and during the pre-visit, they asked sensible questions and made good suggestions about how to take of my cat during our absence. Masayo made multiple visits daily and each time I got detailed updates and pics of my cat. When I returned home, my cat was really relaxed and happy. Already gave them a heads up of my next travel. Really appreciate their service and efforts.

We had a very positive experience with Yellow Kittee. We would definitely recommend their service and will hire them again in the future. From the beginning they were very kind and transparent about how they work. They did an interview with us by phone, then they came to our house to get to know our cat better and her routine, during the whole period we were away they sent us detailed reports and photos of our kitten. Both George and Masayo are very attentive and professional, and most importantly, they are open to making adjustments to accommodate the cat's needs.

It was our first time traveling/hiring a sitter after COVID so my husband and I were very nervous about letting a sitter come into our home and also to leave our 2 cats since we’ve been home almost 24/7 during the past 2 1/2 years.When we were away, Masayo sent us detailed updates everyday with lots of pictures. We got to relax and enjoy our trip a lot mor knowing the kitties are in good hands. After the trip, we came back to an extremely clean home and 2 happy kitties. I don’t think I have seen them this relaxed after coming back from a trip before.I will certainly be using Yellow Kittee again. Thank you so much Masayo and George. You are absolutely amazing!

Masayo was super easy to work with! She sent us many pictures of our cats every day which helped my girlfriend to relax and enjoy our trip! One of our cats is usually super shy around strangers and runs away, however, in our daily updates he was often coming out to play with Masayo!It was awesome to come home to our cats acting their usual selves.Wouldn’t hesitate to use yellow kittee! We will for sure be using Masayo for our upcoming trips again!

We had an amazing experience with Yellow Kittee. We were out of town for a bit more than 2 weeks and they took great care of our cat. Since the introduction they were very professional, super clear on what is covered in the service and showed care towards our cat. Masayo (our assigned cat sitter) would take daily pictures of our cat and send reports on his condition, which brought us peace of mind as we would always see him happy with her. We had our first experience with Yellowkittee this last weekend and had a great experience. Masayo did a wonderful job of taking care of our 3-legged cat Trooper. They also really helped us out with a last minute booking over the busy canada day long weekend. Their booking and introduction process was very communicative and straightforward and had us feeling confident that we picked the right cat sitters.Normally I'm very nervous leaving my cat for more than a day or two, but the daily updates and pictures they sent us were very helpful to ease our minds so that we could enjoy our vacation. Masayo was very attentive to our cat's needs and provided helpful updates and pictures of his overall mood and status. She also played with, brushed, and pet our cat so that he felt loved while we were gone.
