Best prices around and after speaking to the owner he hasn't increased prices since opening in 1992! Ordered half sugar hk style milk tea and happy to not have it super sweet like other places.

My children love the mango slush with pearl. The fruit is always flavourful and fresh tasting and the owner is kind and friendly and really fast! We have been shopping here for over 5 years and look forward to seeing him whenever we are in the neighbourhood. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Shout out to this place for having the cheapest bubble tea and not raising your prices! I got a milk tea without pearls for $2.90. In 2023?! Unheard of.

Tried ordering a hot HK style milk tea here. The clerk, an older guy with glasses and a black toque, went on a tangent about how he is Taiwanese and how they don't serve hot drinks here.The entire left side of the menu is hot drinks and desserts. This is my first time at this location and won't be coming back. Been to the Metrotown store many times and never had issues.

Great bubble tea and the best prices, but I come here for their coffee drinks. The iced and slush coffee drinks are the best around here. They also use real quality coffee and not just a coffee flavouring.

Authentic brown sugar bubble tea, it was good, but way too sweet. And I didn’t like the packaging, the moment I poked my straw in, the packaging ripped from the side, and I ended up spilling the drink on me.

Really good drinks with various selections and unbelievably cheap price. Very authentic Taiwanese taste. What I like the most is they use fresh ingredients (fresh taro, mango, watermelon, etc.) to make smoothies, unlike some stores which use artificial powders. Seriously, you can tell the difference from the texture and the type of sweetness. They also have a lot of warm drinks for winter time. I don't know about other people's experience, but the owner is super friendly to me all the time.
