Never go there, worse child care ever!

My son has been going here for almost a year and as a first time mom I was scared at first but the staff are so good with my son, I have zero complains. They keep me update throughout the day of what he is doing and whenever I go to pick him up they inform me of his progress throughout the day. I love also how multiculture they are and recognizes everyone's cultural activities. It's a very safe daycare with supportive staff who genuinely loves children and not just doing it for a salary.

Being a first time Mom and having to worry about which daycare will be best for my baby boy. It's been months since my son have been attending Progress Children; I have nothing but amazing things to say about this daycare. The infant room take excellent care of my baby boy, he's growing well, he has learned alot since being at daycare, I love that they work with the infant on a one on one interaction to help with their development. My son absolutely loves going to daycare everyday. My mind is at ease knowing my son is loved at daycare the same way he's loved at home.Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Progress Childcare that made my son experience a good one. ❣️

They work with kids but they haven’t any responsibility ,they gave me space after I called him to bring documents manager falsely accused me that I said lying please don’t send child like unreasonable child care

The previous rating was done in error thank you for pointing it out to me! My kids LOVE it here. Their teachers have taught not only them but us how to be better parents.

Both my children have been enrolled here for over a year now. They enjoy coming each and everyday. My daughter constantly shares stories about her day-to-day daycare life with me and my son literally runs out of the car and into his teachers arms or his classroom. Seeing this, leaves me completely comfortable with the level of care that I know they are receiving here. The staff are wonderful and easy to talk too & the manager Maria is always going above & beyond for the kids, staff and daycare center overall. A great BIG THANKS to everyone here at Progress ChildCare, having you guys definitely helps eliminate some of life's stresses.Tina B

Edit: is pretty pathetic that the reviews without comment either worok there or are friends of the workers. Really sad.Last year when my daughter attended this daycare I assumed that she was safe, boy was I wrong. She was being bullied by another kid and I thought that some steps were taken to protect her as well as the other kids. NOT!!!This bullying was going on for months and my daughter was told not to say anything, imagine that for a minute, being terrorized by a kid three times her size for months and then told not to tell your parents.At first I didn't think too much of it until I myself witnessed this kid jumping in between two other kids punching one and kicking the other in the face. These kids were playing nicely and the bully hitting both was the one that was comforted while the kids that were hurt and crying we're told by the teacher oh stop crying your ok.I'm taking my daughter's jacket off appalled at what I just witnessed and confronted the teacher about it not knowing that the mother of this little bully was standing right next to me. Yep like her bully son she decided to start bullying me for trying to protect these other kids from her little HOODLUM. I don't recommend this place at all. After this specific indent I removed my daughter from daycare. Now my daughter is the safe happy child she was before this place.Don't let them fool you

I have had nothing but good experience with this daycare. I have 3 Children that attend here.The day care workers are so kind and loving my My children enjoy attending everyday.

My niece attends this daycare, and since attending she’s always sick, and caught hand, foot mouth disease, the staff are unprofessional, and don’t know how to talk to people, I hope my niece gets to go to a different childcare centre.
