Shelves about 60% full, very limited selection. Staff seemed more interested in their own conversation than helping shoppers find items. If you can make the drive, I'd recommend going to the Leamington location instead.

Always have a great experience in the Kingaville location.Patricia Marshall always helps me choose summer coolers. Patricia takes the time to find out what flavors I like, be it beer based or vodka based...have not been disappointed yet.Excellent customer service.

Hours of operation needs to be updated for Sunday. Reads 10 am opening. When I’m fact it doesn’t open until 11am

It's the liquor store who has a bad thing to say about the liquor store? The only thing you can say is the prices should stay the same for another 10 years. If they could do that that would be monumental. But we all know that's not going to happen. Virtually 99% of my experiences at the LCBO in any part of Canada, has always been cool comfortable and easy going. Couple small little squirmishes back in the day when we were younger. Other than that, the employees and staff at all the alcoholic beverage facilities provided by our gracious government, are the coolest people. For having to deal with the people on the other side of the counter, sometimes is not a lot of fun. We all know how that gets. As far as customer service skills go LCBO is the best!
