Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Went to pick up our car rental and they said no cars are available. Agent did not even seem to care and made no effort in helping us out. This is so disappointing especially our vehicle pick up is late so other rental car places are closed.

Rented car for one day. Staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Shanel who helped us a lot. Very competitive price. Will Strongly recommend. Car was very clean.

If you need a vehicle that is larger than a 5 seater DO NOT USE enterprise Niagara Falls location , I had my insurance company book my enterprise rental vehicle while my vehicle needs to be in the repair shop. When I had my rental vehicle booked well in advance weeks prior to my pick up date as soon as I knew my repair date for my primary family vehicle. Which is a 2020 Nissan pathfinder 7 seater !!! ( as we have 4 children my wife and myself ) we called enterprise immediately to ensure we will have the same sized vehicle with third row seats just like ours. The gentleman that had this conversation with me indicated he seen that our rental application was completed and it indicated I would be getting a large SUV just like my vehicle getting repaired, and told me all of the types of vehicles with 3rd row seating that we could be set up with , I was very specific when ensuring on my pick up day I will be getting a vehicle either a third row seating, he indicated the day I called they did not have any that day but that they would reach out to another location to obtain one for me specifically. I then called the morning of my pick up day. I let them know I would be coming just as plannned approx 9-930am , I specifically asked if he had my vehicle ready for me for my pick up time , the gentleman I spoke to said yes sir your vehicle is here and ready for you , I stated just want to clarify it seats 7 people correct ? He once again stated yes it is here and ready for you. I then headed to the Niagara Falls Enterprise to obtain my rental vehicle only to get there and they DID NOT have any 7 seater vehicles what so ever.... I was NOT impressed... he literally lied to me . The Jeep Cherokee they had for me was fully covered in snow during the ( circle check for damage ) which the guy did not even clear off for me , he did not inspect the entire vehicle for damage as the windshield roof and back window were covered in snow when he left to go back inside , the car came with half of a tank of gas. When I found out the news of them not having the correct vehicle for me the gentleman stated he would call me 2 to 3 days from the pick up day which was Monday march 13th , he stated he will find me a 7 seater by march 15th-16th and can switch them out. It is now march 21st. I have not received 1 single call from enterprise Niagara Falls not an apology , not even I'm sorry but we have tried so hard but unfortunate could not find you a larger vehicle.. I do NOT plan to use this location in the future , so unprofessional ,terrible experience PR 0/10

My insurance company set up a rental for me through enterprise and they had me in a car in less than 10 minutes, the staff were fantastic I would definitely recommend this location!

The employee gave me a really nice vehicle and it was nice and tidy. I was set to return at 1 on Saturday, which was the time they closed, so he let me know that I would have to return it 15 mins before hand so I won’t get charged for an extra day if no one was there to check me in.Very great customer service, I called for questions regarding certain things and they were very nice and answered every one.

Great service, clean vehicles, and easy check-ins. Used them for 2 weekends. Jordan was super helpful.

Had to organize a car rental for 3 separate dates through insurance while my car was in the repair shop. Even though it was an incredibly busy location, Jordan not only remembered me, but also took great care or us and ensured that we had an appropriate vehicle to replace our 8 seat minivan. If you rent from this location, do yourself a favour and ask for Jordan.

I have my reservation to pick up car, and I went to pick up the car but they said there is no available car that they can give me. This is worst car rental in my entire life they should not doo accpet my reservation if they don’t have any available car waste of time

We got rental with them through our dealership as our truck was being repaired, they never told us our vehicle was ready to be picked up, I had to contact the dealership to find out. The car they gave us was filthy, sticky stuff all over the back seat, we had to clean it before returning it so we weren't charged for it. They then charged us $400 for insurance when I called and told them our insurance covered the rental vehicle. It literally ate gas!! So expensive to fill!!Just a scam to make more money!! Disappointing!!
