Would be 5 stars, as it's a perfectly fine electronics store with helpful staff....but they aren't actually wheelchair accessible. There is a 4 in threshold/door sill to get in the door and while the staff found a couple pieces of plywood...it's not acceptable for such a small, fixable barrier to access to exist.

The people at HZE were very helpful and friendly, unfortunately they deal with Bell and consequently didn’t have the iPhone I wanted at a price that I could afford. They tried everything they could to make the deal go through but Bell was demanding outrageous deposits. I’ll be back when I’m looking for devices that have no connection to Bell. Incidentally, Rogers sent me home with an iPhone 13 ProMax with no money down and a similar monthly rate. Rogers is just as horrible as Bell when it comes to customer service but at least they didn’t “bend me over” before even becoming a customer.

Took my Iphone 5s to have the screen replaced because the touch screen stopped working. One of the staff there told me it would take them 4 business days to order in the part and get it fixed. I called them 6 business days later and found out the girl who does the repairs had just gotten back from vacation. The part had not even been ordered and she said it would be 3 weeks before it would even get there! The cost to replace the screen was $150.00. I am not very happy with the staff at Home Zone for giving me the wrong info - had I known from the start how long it would take I would have immediately gone elsewhere and could have had my phone up and going a week earlier. I called Media Smart in Woodstock and they can to do it for $120 and they had the part already in transit and would have it repaired in 3 business days.

Prices are on the steep side, but if you can't wait for Amazon, EBAY or AliExpress to deliver, then it's better than going without. However, if you need to have somewhere to go if something doesn't work right or need support for whatever you buy, then this might be the place for you.
