It says they are open 24hrs but the doors are closed. Its 10pm so I go through the drive through only to be told they have no food drinks only. I look in the window and see bagels. She says it's store policy to not serve food after 10pm.

Without a doubt the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever gone to. Zero customer service skills. I’m sure when they were hiring the only requirement is that they are available. They have no line control so even if you’re waiting there, people will just come in and walk right to the counter in front of you. Staff is short, unorganized, slow and rude. You can tell by the rating and other reviews that this is an ongoing issue the owners clearly don’t care enough to look into. Literally will be going to a further location on my way to work from now on.

Every time a restaurant gets the simplest thing right they deserve a good Rating.Ordered my coffee as double double and it came properly stirred and sugar wasn’t sitting at the bottom. Staff was nice and polite. Very friendly to talk to. Most of them are punjabis so, very easy going.The facts that I love about this Tim Hortons is that, they are located in a very open plaza and parking is never an issue. The size of restaurant is such that there is ample sitting area with charging spots.Washrooms are maintained properly. So, overall a good place to sit and enjoy coffee.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered mobile pickup and the girls closed the door. We then had to go through the drive through and waited 30 minutes just for two coffees which they also got wrong. The attitudes of the girls were so rude it’s actually ridiculous. We were not the only ones waiting many other ordered mobile and some just given up and left. Perhaps next time don’t take mobile orders if you’re going to close the door on us!

Worst customer service… using drive through we ordered Medium decaf and we got quarter of a medium cup. When we went inside with our concern staff there started arguing.. I don’t understand. Awful customer service, she stated I misunderstood her and she is “willing” to give me a new one. Seriously, why would I waste my Sunday to argue with her, I just want her give me what I ordered, is that too much to ask? The manager needs to train their service providers, it is not much to ask is it? I understand that they are busy and working hard, I appreciate that but it doesn’t excuse tardiness and poor customer service.

Bad experienceLady at the drive thru taking order was very rude. If u didn’t hear the order then u should ask the customer to repeat it. Don’t show your stupid attitude to customer because of customers you guys are working here. Not gonna come here again ever

This is the vegetarian bowl they are serving to you, nothing added to it. Just don’t expect much from this location. Do not come here for the food. Good only for a coffee.

Lady in front at 7pm today was more focused on chatting with coworker than doing her job. Asked for bagel with butter and the bagel didn't have any. Are these people here to work or to gossip?

Pathetic customer service. I am a daily customer and my order is always the same, yet more than half of the time i get wrong order. When you ask them to correct it, you get looks and attitude. Management should look into training the employees on customer services. Unfortunately this is the only location closeby, otherwise I would have stopped going to this location long time ago.
