Pete's Party & Tent Rentall

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH PETE'S RENTALS DURING COVID! My wife and I booked tables, chairs, decor, etc for our June 2021 wedding and paid a $1,000 deposit on a total of approximately $3,000. Due to the pandemic and restrictions on size of weddings, dancing, etc, we've decided to cancel for the time being and re-book once the pandemic is over. Our venue was quick to understand and refund our entire deposit ($4,000) and all of our other vendors offered the same treatment (including one that works very closely with Pete's and recommended them in the first place). She was lovely to work with and would recommend her anytime, unlike Pete's. We find them disrespectful and rude and none of the other vendors acted this way. Do yourselves a favour and don't book with them until the pandemic is over as unfortunately there may be some surprises yet to come and once Pete's has any of your money, you can kiss it goodbye.

Pete's worked with us to create the perfect vibe for our daughter's party! From their huge selection to their insightful suggestions, Pete's staff was second to none. Not my first rental from this establishment and definitely not my last!

SUPER HEROS!!!!!I can't give enough praise to Angela and her staff. They saved my sons wedding from a huge disaster.I tried to rent everything from Pete's back in April, but unfortunately they were all booked up for tent, table and dance floor rentals for the weekend of July 30th/22.So I had to rent from It's Not a Party without us" and I paid him in full for everything I rented from him in April. Of which he is refusing to refund my money.I was in Pete's the morning of when I got the call from Mr.Daniel Wiebes the owner/operator of It's Not a Party without us.I always have my phone on speaker so Angela heard the whole conversation

I have worked with them on behalf of several different agencies and multiple events, and they always do their best to meet my needs.

We ordered tables, chairs, glasses, cutlery, a tent, and a speaker system from Pete's for our wedding. Everything was delivered/picked up on time and was in good condition. We would use Pete's again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

My husband and I had returned our rental order to them the Monday after our wedding. Once they were finished checking everything we returned, they told us we were missing 5 food pans and a milk crate, so we understood and said we would go back to our rental hall to double check and even our house. We found the milk crate but the food pans were placed in the containers with the chafing dishes. But shortly after they had closed, they charged us whatever they said they were missing (stuff which was returned) and more (table clothes, napkins, plates, glasses ”which were never used and were returned”) Stuff that was never mentioned when we were there, because it was counted for, and we couldn’t talk to them about it because they didn’t return my phone call and decided to charge my husbands card anyway before speaking with us about it. The one staff we spoke with understood if we couldn’t return the milk crate that night, we could do so the following day and wouldn’t be charged for it. Yet here we are charged for things we had returned, during the time 2-3 other customers were returning items and we were told to place our order on the side so it wouldn’t be mixed and confusing with the other orders, so this must be what happened and they charged us anyway. So be careful and aware of what you do return to them. Take pictures and proof so you don’t get charged for what you returned.

Pete’s absolutely saved the event I was volunteering at today. I called in hopes that they could supply 15-18 tables, unfortunately with short notice, and within an hour they arrived and brought them in and set them up for us. Again, thank you so much!

Pete's Rentall is the BEST! Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to their customer, their tents are in immaculate shape and their rentals are the same. I would highly recommend them for your weddings, corporate events, big or small - they've got it all! Another huge thing that sets them apart from the market is that they are incredibly knowledgeable and ensure that all safety guidelines and permitting regulations are met on site - very important!- Michelle Nicol

Overall we were quite happy with the rentals from Pete's. We hosted our daughter's outdoor wedding on August 13th, 2022. So we needed absolutely everything, tables, linens, chairs, cutlery, tent, etc......my two small complaints are the canopy we rented had some very shawdy ropes, they were replaced with a much thinner and weak rope, my father and husband had to jimmy-rig a new support system. Also, we purchased the extra insurance that covered broken dishware, cups, etc....that was great because my sister ended up breaking 2 beautiful water goblets. Unfortunately, we were missing 9 pieces of cutlery....more than likely put into the garbage by mistake and we were charged $50 to cover these missing items, yikes!!! All in all I would definitely rent from Pete's again, but I'll make sure to put tracking devices on the cutlery, lol.
