Alterations and dry cleaners

This place is disgusting. Please do not go there. The Pakistani/Indian woman there is a psycho. She is rude to all the customers and as I waited for her to give me my dress back; she had long conversations with other customers. She told one guy to come back in 2 days because she couldn't find his pants but at first she tried to offer him money for the pants saying that the pants have been lost.She didn't get my dress ready in time which put me behind schedule. She didn't even apologize for the lateness. Then she tries to charge me more money then what the receipt said and when I refused, she almost cut my dress with scissors infront of everyone. I threw the money and ran out of there because this was bridesmaids dress and wedding was in morning (the next day).Don't go to this place. This place needs to be shut down. What are the laws against this type of practice and service.

Did a good job altering my jacket and 2 dress pants, gave the woman an extra 5$. Don't know what the issue is with people harassing her and disrespecting her, she's just doing her job, she isn't perfect so she will screw up here and there

This place is horrible. I gave my daughter wedding dress for dry cleaning and to remove a few stains.. she ruined the entire dress which is $2700.00 dress.Please do not go for dry cleaning if you do not want to ruin your dress.

Shop is completely disorganized. You can give her 2 weeks to complete alterations and she still won’t do it in time and try to blame you for coming in on the agreed date without calling first.

Lady gave my brother a receipt with a total of $38 when he dropped off clothes to dry clean. When I went to pick it up, she changed the price to $50 but only had my credit card (only accepts debit) so my mom came a few days later to pick it up and she changed the price to $57. Lady gave 3 of us 3 different prices for the same drop off and argued with us about the prices. She is very rude and unprofessional. She shut up when she saw other customers were coming in and watching and ended up giving us our clothes.

messed up my dress! I told the lady multiple times what i wanted but she was rude saying she understood and not to repeat , did not bother to take my measurements and ended up shredding my dress in pieces. She over charged me already saying it was a difficult job and when i came to pick it up asked me to pay extra because it was a more work than expected. Left my dress unwearable! I have taken it elsewhere to get it fixed.

I would rate this establishment a zero if I could..BTW Closed on Sundays despite Google showing open.

By far the worst experience! This does not deserve any rating at all. I waited for 1.5 hours and was provided with unironed, torn clothes that the staff did not aknowledge. The ask was simple, to loosen the kameez and fix the zipper of one of the outfits.I was over charged and when I tried to explain that my time is valuable and these clothes are expensive I was told that I have to pay and leave! On my way out, I was emotional and shocked by the disrespect I bumped into 2 other clients who had been waiting outside for a long time and said they were not going to return!! PLEASE do not waste your time here, it's not worth your money, or sentiments.

I've been going here for the past 13 years since I bought my first suit and have never looked back. It's a very busy shop so you do need adequate lead time but they will make a short turnaround work for you when they can. I've had shirts adjusted to fit me better, pants hemmed and tapered, kurtas adjusted and stitched, dry cleaning and my sister and mother come here for their Indian dresses. Once she knows your style, she remembers it thoroughly. I honestly have never been disappointed by the service and will be coming here for years to come!

Ruined my moms dress and when she looked at it said its completely fine. My mom spent $350 on the dress and had to pay another $300 for another dress. Dont go here.
