Your comprehension of the Indian Trust Fund is off by about 100 years. The First real Trust was set out by Queen Anne. Then in 1763, Georgelll, (enhanced that trust). You see, in a ROYAL TRUST no one may take away what is already there without the permission of the beneficiaries. George lll did not take away, he enhanced it to the known; 1/3rd, 1/3rd, 1/3rd. The remaining was for the administrative costs of the TRUSTEE. Today, that TRUSTEE is the P.M.O. Talk about a conflict of interest.Some years ago, a CHIEF" was holding aprotest in OTTAWA by not eating. This caused much contraversy. The GRAND CHIEF of the AFN asked for a meeting between the PRIME MINISTER / GOVERNOR GENERAL and we Indians. It was flatly refused! WHY? That would mean that the EXECUTOR of the TRUST (also a beneficiary)
