What a lovely shop! If you have any interest in art, books, or how things are made in general, this is a must-see place to visit.Loved learning about the print press and seeing some local art. We bought a sketch of a capelin and some Newfoundland Salt. Thanks for the lovely visit!

The owner sells and produces primarily Newfoundland authors, and she prints books using old printer methods . You can see from the photos the types of printing presses she uses. We were shown how the presses are set up to do a production run. Very interesting. We also purchased a few children story books to take back to read with our grand children!

Very happy to have dropped in to this lovely little shop that does its own prints on historic presses, which the friendly staff happily demonstrated for us. Also plenty of local books and crafts. Great little place.

I definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area. They have lovely prints, a good selection of books from Newfoundland and Atlantic Canada, bookmarks, coasters, note cards... it's a small shop but everything in it is well chosen. There is also a printing press right in the shop, and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. A good place to go if you want a piece of Newfoundland art beyond all the usual tourist trinkets.
