I worked with Don at the Wine Factory for a special batch of hard seltzer for a friend's bachelor party. The process was straightforward and fast, the prices were very very affordable, and Don even helped me accommodate a last-minute change while ensuring on-time delivery. The seltzer turned out fantastic, and the custom label was a huge hit. Highly recommend!

Fun activity to do for a special occasion or to get ready for one! It was so interesting to learn the science behind creating a hard seltzer. Even more fun making a custom label. Staff are friendly, helpful & attentive.

My girlfriends gifted me the appointment where my husband and I could make our own hard seltzers. It was a fun learning experience and Don walked us through both appointments effortlessly. Getting the batch (we split ours into two flavours) is worth the money already and I highly recommend it for a date day or a refill of your stash!

Such an incredible experience! Enjoyed every moment of this experience from choosing the flavours to putting the ingredients in and to canning the product.

A very fun and interactive process to make your own seltzer. For cost it's about $4 per tall can after all the bells and whistle, so it's a fair pricing for what you get at the end. It's a great way to customize for weddings and parties as party favours. Unfortunately a miss is the flavors as the alcohol really is forward and artificial to taste if you do not select the real fruit or tea flavour.Would I do it again? Probably not as I rather buy the many that is on the market.

Nice staff. Cool experience but probably wouldn’t return. The flavours of the seltzers were just okay and we found the labels were not printed clearly and smudged after packaging. Possibly happened from when we sanitized the cans? They did not respond to our email when we asked if the labels we sent were clear either.Edit: We were very pleased with Don’s response offering a replacement batch. After a few emails back and forth everything was in order to do the canning process again next week. When I emailed the new labels I did not hear back until I emailed a second time a few days later. His response was that they are closing the business. Understandable that things happen but why promise things that you can’t deliver? And why were we not told? We could have showed up to a closed business. It also confused us because we were told the replacement batch had already been started for us. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Don was hilarious and so much fun to guide my sister and I through these 2 appointments of starting our seltzers and then canning them. Such an amazing business. We got to create our own flavours and label design which we had all too much fun with. We will definitely be back to make a different flavour and/or to make some wine!!

Im glad we found this place! We made seltzer and it turned out phenomenal. Don is fun to work with and super knowledgable. Breathe of fresh air seeing a small business turn out great product. We will be regulars :D

This is our 2nd year bottling our wines with The Wine Factory! They're super affordable with great quality of products. The owner, Don is very accommodating and will walk you through the steps on what you'll be doing. Plus their facility/factory is well maintained and super clean! I recently tried making my own Hard Seltzers from their new Hard Bubbles station and they turned out amazing!! i'm very satisfied and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends! 10/10
