Pretty big and somewhat crowded clinic. Dr Sutton seem for a min or two max before switching to another patient.

Waiting time was minimum. Only waited about 5 minutes after all exams were done before Dr. Sutton came to see me. Total time of visiting was under 30minutes. Lots people complained about the time he was with you and he was with me less than two minutes also however he was able to explain everything to me, and this is how they keep waiting time minimum to the other patients. Receptionist were busy all the time and sure didn't know how to smile but was professional and polite to get all the registration work done. Lots of parking. Eye exam is in public area but seems not a problem to me.

I respect all previous individual for their reviews. Honestly after reading all reviews I almost wants to cancel my appointment but I thought I should try my self.my family doctor send request for my vision check. First appointment I show up 20 min early . The front desk help me very positive response. I hardly wait 5 min and I got call for my eye exam. I was out within 20 min and today I have second appointment. Same experience the staff was polite . Got me exam room within 5 min after few questions Dr Sutton assist me . He was polite ,respectful as well informative.I understand people have some days tough time and circumstances vary by individuals.I am really happy to see them again as well recommend to others.

I don’t know why people keep complaining about the staff. They actually very nice to me. Im going there for over two years for extreme dry eyes and they really listen to me and do anything to fix the problem. Yes doctor Sutton is a bit in a hurry all the time but he is very professional and answers all ur questions. There is only one lady doctor there that I really dont like because she truly doesn’t care. In general although my eyes are still not healed yet after two years but its not their fault. And also staff are very very very nice.

Horrible wasted my time going here. Even when years back they said they “had to keep a watchful eye” about my optic nerve and now they telling me nothing wrong. Book me two appointments and got nothing done no one even checked my eye. Never got the eye exam I needed waste and disgraced. Deceased with their service. Child, bye.

I take my mother here for her eye conditions. Vert competent clinic. Staff are very helpful in accommodating peoples different schedules.

Went there this morning and they are super FAST! Receptionists are polite and professional. We didn’t even have a chance to sit & wait for more than 3 minutes, we’ve been assessed right away by the assistant who ran some eye tests. Then after that we proceeded to the doctor’s room. The doctor came right away, unlike other doctors that you have to wait long till you get seen. But the consultation with the ophthalmologist was also very quick, he stayed less than 2 minutes. I could have rated 5 stars if he gave more time and checked deeper. He said my son is ok and just come back if there’s still problem. The doctor is nice and polite too.

I had an eye appointment at this clinic at 10am. I arrived on time and everything. I had to wait for the eye machine to take photos. I was in line for the machine and was supposed to be next up, however this lady who works there named Vivian acted unfairly. She took in another patient first. This patient had an appointment time at 10:45am, a later appointment time than mine. I asked the people at the counter why I was not taken in first since I was next in line. They proceeded to lie to me and told me that that patient had an appointment time earlier than me but just arrived late. This is completely untrue as I overheard that the patients appointment time was at 1045am. They also told me that someome came out to call my name to take me in, however I was not present. This is also untrue. I was sitting at the lobby waiting the entire time and did not leave the room.Tldr: they have bad service, they treated me unfairly and lied to me. Not to mention, this exact same thing happened to me last year. I will not be booking any more appointments with this clinic in the future.
