First time using a pro service and I can't recommend Dayna's Pet Sitting more highly. Just before our trip our cat was diagnosed with a problem that required 2 pills a day. Dayna's Pet Sitting regrouped quickly and ensured we were assigned a care giver that was completely comfortable giving a cat pills. While away, our little kitty became gravely ill and thanks to all the pre-planning and excellent communication from Dayna's, he was whisked to the vet for critical care. Dayna's literally saved his life. I can't imagine the outcome had we had relied on a neighbour to pop in...not to mention spring on them the whole pill thing! I plan to always rely on Dayna's Pet Sitting.

Very disappointed with their lack of communication. I took the time to fill out an inquiry form on their website, waited two business days for response as was described on the form. Didn't hear back and wrote an email. Still no response. I was going out of town with only a week's notice and their lack of communication made preparing a bit more stressful than it needed to be. A simple: We're booked. Thank you for your inquiry

I attempted to contact Dayna's via email regarding in-home pet sitting for my dog this summer. I never heard back from them, despite following up with an Instagram DM a few days later. Disappointing because they were recommended by my dog trainer.

Dayna's Pet Sitting Inc. is fantastic! My husband and I used them for the first time this fall to pet sit our two pugs during our wedding. Amy slept over two nights and sent us regular updates and pictures, which was so comforting! Richard also brought them to the wedding venue for photos, which was so special!Working with them was so seamless. Everything was clearly communicated and followed, and we never felt stressed. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Great service. Very expensive compared to other services. You have to be ready to accept rules which are reasonable but accept their changes of staff without prior notice. I made my home accessible to the walkers with coming and going with my keys whether I was home or not. There were never any issues with this arrangements. Had to terminate my contract with regret.

My experience with DPS has been great! I use no one other than Dayna's, and I always feel comfortable knowing Louie is in good hands while I'm away; which makes leaving him at home much easier.Something I have been thoroughly impressed with is their willingness to book on short notice. Dayna is so friendly and professional. She replies immediately via email and always takes time to talk everything through with me on the phone.I also really appreciate the little welcome home note that they leave for us to see when we return. I think it adds a nice personal touch!We have had various pet sitters from DPS, all of which have been great and I felt as though Louie was in good hands.Dayna's pet sitting provides quality services for you and your pet(s)! :)

I love Dayna's Pet Sitting - they have been a terrific service when we are out of town and have lots of options for how much and how often you need your pets attended to. I loved getting regular updates while I was away on how the furry ones were doing in my absence. Would highly recommend them!

I've been using Dayna's Pet Sitting service for over 5 years, and I am very happy with the service I receive. I've had a few different sitters from their company check in on my cats over the years, but Jen Parmeter is my go-to sitter. She's reliable, communicative, and loves animals. I can always tell my cats are happy when I return because they're totally at ease, curled up in their usual spots, acting as though I hadn't been away for more than a couple of hours :P Booking via email and paying invoices online is super easy - just know that it might take a day or two for reception to get back to you when you email or call to book an appointment. It's never presented much of an issue for me since I usually book well in advance of my trips. The pet-sitters themselves have always been quick to respond to emails while I am away.

The team is extremely professional. And, it’s a team! Everyone is bonded, and especially good with animals. A wonderful note every day with a phot of my pets. I’ve never been so comfortable - totally trust this team with my cats

I have used Dayna's Pet Sitting now for about a year and I think their services are outstanding and it beats the heck out of putting him boarding facility.All the people I deal with are friendly and obviously love petsMy cat, Pete, is well taken care of and I think if I offered for him to move in with his primary sitter, Richard, he would. Richard keeps me up to date on his antics and always ensures I get home or he or someone else will come in for an extra day.Use these guys for sure if you need to have someone look after your pets and don't want them to be boarded.
