Very good customer service, very nice people, very clean restaurant very nice food. Pleased I am, will visit again. Though Subway is a big chain and has many outlets the staff at subway Halifax in Lacewood really take care of how they prepare the sandwiches and that is what makes them best.Subway is one of my regular choices of outside food but amongst all other Subway in the area, this one is the BEST. Always quick and professional service, friendly staff, well-presented store, overall I enjoy my every visit there and obviously the food. Highly recommended.

I do not know what is going on but I just ordered from there via uber eats and I even wrote instructions on how I like my sub. They did not follow them i am so disappointed. When I called the store to complain no help they just kept passing the phone off to somebody else after 3rd one i hung up

Highly disappointed with the customer service. Employees are very rude and need huge amounts of training in dealing with customers. Making faces and rolling eyes while customer is in front of you not great. Asking for heated cookies should not lead to deep sighs.

Stopped in for a late lunch and the two women working the counter had the place sparkling clean even though they were quite busy with mobile orders. I had never seen the veggies so organized and beautifully arranged. I ordered a green goddess wrap and it was very fresh and delicious.

I tried Italian Supreme today and was very happy. I love the way it tasted, the selection of bread, veggies, and sauces I could choose from for my sub. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and polite. Will definitely go to that location and will get that type of sub again.

The employees have the worst attitude like we are buying for free. Owners should look into this. I bought a veggie footlong and it had bacon in it. I have a restaurant too but this type of customer service is unacceptable. Worst subway location in the world. AVOID!!!

Very expensive I only got 2 footloose and 1 6 inch and it cost 40.00 I'm sure he charged me for 3 footloose. Probably won't go there again.
